I was an existing client with them but I didn't give them approval for auto renewal of service for the next year 2026- 2027 and 2 months before of my subscription expiry date in MAY, they already charged me another year subscription without MY WRITTEN CONSENT. Statrys didn't send me a notification of the debit of my account so I didn't know until 2 weeks later when I opened my account and checked. I had other things to do and travelled all that time so I only found out later. At first I thought their email was sent by mistake, it was sent just before the weekend WITHOUT STATING HOW MUCH THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE as well and because they can’t just take out the money if I didn’t give them consent like that. I immediately emailed them to request to cancel my renewal STILL a month before I need filing as I am looking to switch to other provider who also takes care of our accounting and charges cheaper and be more supportive. Statrys kept saying the renewal was completed in their ‘system’. There was no documents uploaded for me at that point and also the fact is that you can't lodge the renewal before the current registration expired (Again it's still a month before that). I have to go on a dispute process with authority and it will be taking time and they stopped responding to my dispute internally. MY ADVICE IS TO LOOK FOR OTHER PROVIDERS, ONCE STATRYS OPEN ACCOUNT FOR YOU, THEY WILL ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR BANKING AND DEBIT ANY MONEY THEY WANT TO TAKE OUT, THE COULD DO SO WITHOUT ASKING FOR YOUR WRITTEN APPROVAL. YOU MIGHT BE STUCK AND THEY WON’T REFUND YOU ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I WONDER HOW THEY CAN FUNCTION LIKE THIS IN A HONGKONG. IF YOU’RE WILLING TO RISK YOUR MONEY, YOU’LL BE MY GUEST.

Useless if you do e-commerce, you can only spend up to 100k HKD a month with the card (around 10k USD), which is nothing if you are an online business and you need to pay for ads.
They offer excellent services. Wanted to open account and company and they did this in 3 days !!! Wow am impressed.
