They were amazing at swapping it over and arranging collection of the original one. I ordered my statue at a time when the world was furloughed & doing up their gardens. So as busy as they were I was kept informed at every step of the way & assured my lovely Buddha would be at mine ASAP & it arrived & I adore it! Lovely bench.. extremely well made and very heavy. Looks great outside of our property. Will be ordering more once some ground work is completed. Driver was very polite, friendly and helped to ensure it went exactly where we wanted it. As we have found with other companies not everyone gives this service, so a big THANK YOU for a job well done.

The statue arrived in good time and in excellent order. It was extremely well made and ideal for our garden and a very attractive addition. The detail of the winter maiden is very good and it is of a strong and robust construction. I am sure it will last donkey's years.

On the downside delivery did take forever and was a little problematic BUT the statue is very beautiful and Steve went out of his way to be helpful.
Given his efforts and the quality of the statues, I don’t understand why they don’t use a better shipping team.
I won’t hesitate to go back them though

Ordered a Japanese style stone bench, which, on arrival, was damaged at one corner. Steve dealt with my complaint in an understanding, friendly, professional and swift manner. Credit to Steve, who, delivered 5 star customer service, despite my initial, and understandable, disappointment upon delivery. Will certainly buy from Statues & Sculptures again. Wholly recommended.
