Always a pleasure to purchase from. Initially I had a problem with trying to make payment, I reached out and was responded to within a few hours, even on a Sunday. I resolved the problem ( which was on my end). Once again Statuesque reached out and informed me my purchase would be shipped the next day and the following day it would be delivered.
My purchase was delivered in perfect condition, well packaged, only a few of these left, fantastic price as well, it is now proudly being displayed.

I have shopped around in the past, been bitten, out hundreds of pound's,from orders that never turn but from now on Statuesque is where I will be making ALL of my purchases

They were communicative at every stage. I always knew what was happening, and I felt confident in their service. The item arrived very quickly, was packed well and securely. And the item was great too!

Ordered the Sideshow Joker Premium Format statue which was scheduled for Q3 2023. Its now end of Feb 2024 and still dont have it. asked 'Steve' for a refund but he says that he can keep 10% of the purchase price (£75). Considering I have waited almost 6 months for the statue, I dont feel I should lose 10% of the purchase price because I dont think 'Steve' is even going to get it. He has held my money for 6 months and then gets to take 10%! This is a scam and will be contacting my credit card company. I cancelled orders at Sideshow and CollecxtiblesUK.com without incurring any loss. DONT ORDER HERE!

It's safe to say the last couple of weeks have not been smooth sailing with one such company, starting with a Z, and ending with an I. Statuesque have really shown how it should be done.

I pre-ordered my item back in 2022, and have moved house since then. It was not only incredibly easy to update my delivery and account address, but they even contacted me before hand to make sure my address was correct.

Steve kept me up to date every step of the process, and always replied promptly. Keep up the amazing work!!!

Ordered and paid for the Mandalorian Deathwatch bust back in May 2021 with an ETA of Dec 2021. I understand dates change by months but still haven't received it and ETA is now 4th quarter of 2023. I mean nearly 3 years, would anyone be happy with that timeframe? Both zavvi and forbidden planet UK have had this in stock, been on sale and sold since 2022. As well as plenty other uk based comic/collectable shops online having in stock or already sold out. Would have purchased from these however can't cancel or get my money back from Statuesque....so still waiting and hoping I eventually do receive this item from them! Definitely won't ever preorder here again unfortunately

Item arrived squashed with damaged to both the shipping carton and the picture presentation box of the figurine - not at all happy or amused because the outer packaging doesn’t show any signs of damage! Yet I’m told it wasn’t sent out in that condition so how did it occur?

So you reply saying that the box was not damaged when sent! So how does a box inside another box get damaged by the courier without damaging the outer carton? Does David Blaine work as a courier nowadays? You packed it damaged but won’t admit it.
Buyer beware is all I can add, I won’t buy from you again.

everything about these guys are amazing. I've ordered Hot toys several times and it always arrives next day, when its a preorder it always goes super smooth, if i need to cancel or transfer the paid funds towards something else via credit they help sort it out within the hour, prices are great and the preorder system is affordable.
Literally never had an issue, communication is the best you could hope for, you always get an answer within the hour even if its a general question about something and Steve who answers is always really friendly and approachable.

Received my order less than 48 hours after ordering. It was well packed and the cherry on the top was the little packed of Haribo included in the order - made me smile!
