Status Harbor is an uptime monitoring service for indie developers and small engineering teams — the people running side projects, startups and homelabs who need to know the moment something breaks, without paying for an enterprise observability suite. We watch your websites, APIs and infrastructure from 9 regions around the world and notify you the second a check fails. We support HTTP, HTTPS, TCP, UDP, SSL certificate and DNS checks, with 1-minute check frequency on every paid plan. Alerts can land in email, Slack, Telegram or any webhook endpoint you control, and Telegram in particular is a first-class channel with a two-tap bot install — no manual bot setup required. A piece we are especially proud of is the Lighthouse agent. It is a single static Linux binary that runs inside your private network, opens an outbound HTTPS connection back to Status Harbor and probes private services from where they actually live. That means you can monitor an internal admin panel, a database on a private subnet or a Raspberry Pi at home without opening inbound ports or setting up a VPN. Pricing is built for individuals, not procurement departments. The Free plan covers 5 monitors and is genuinely usable on its own. Paid plans start at $5 per month and include 1-minute checks, Slack and Telegram alerts and the full protocol set. We launch products with public status pages, incident grouping with auto-resolve and cron-job heartbeats included on every tier.

Status Harbor cool monitoring features

Status Harbor made monitoring surprisingly simple. Setup took minutes, Slack alerts work as a charm and the Terraform provider fits in awesome with our GitOps workflow. What's cool is that there are no VPN headaches, no inbound ports, just clean and reliable monitoring. Price is affordable for low to medium teams and companies, so I recommend Status Harbor for sure!

Excellent Experience Overall

Really happy with my experience. Everything was smooth, clear, and much faster than I expected. The support team was friendly and easy to talk to, and I always got quick responses whenever I had questions. It’s rare to find a service that actually does what it promises without unnecessary stress. Definitely a great experience overall.
