Poor Customer Service

The problem that I have Staud is not so much the quality of the items, but it's the customer service that is poor in my opinion. Each time that I've had to return something back to them - I have always had to call them to issue me a refund after they've had the item(s) for two weeks or more. Whenever I call them the customer service reps, they always sound lukewarm and dry- like they can't be bothered to handle your issue. I would be very leery of ordering from them, and take my money elsewhere if I were you.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. FedEx Driver stole my package ( yes, I have cameras). Contacted STAUD immediately. 2 weeks later and I’m getting the run around or no answer. Granted it’s not their fault of the delivery issue but what they are responsible for is the way they handle it. FedEx is their selected carrier. They should handle this directly with them. Not have the customer pay for their poor choice of carrier.

Terrible experience!!!

I bought from Staud online for the first time and am extremely dissapointed. The box my dress came in was heavily used and taped up. I usually wear a size 2 but for this brand the size 2 was too big and I wanted to return it. I was told over the phone by an extremely unhelpful employee that I had bought it at sample sale and it was non refundable. When I purchased it didn’t inform me that my item was non refundable as most responsible brands do! And the lady told me if my dress doesn’t fit I should take it to a tailor!! Extremely inconsiderate behavior!! I will NEVER shop with them again!

If I could give this brand a zero I would !!! DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE BEFORE YOU SHOP . This brand has zero and I mean zero customer service my package was delivered supposedly by the carrier i checked everywhere the package was never delivered to me I called them emailed them and the only response I got is we don’t have a policy for lost packages . So if any one steals or the driver doesn’t deliver and says they did your out of your money . Luckily I didn’t spend more then 150 bucks but be ware if you spend more because it will suck !!! I will never ever shop with them in my life !!!!!!!!!!! Worst and I mean worst online retailer ever !

I have been buying Staud for the past…

I have been buying Staud for the past four years. I have never seen such a perfect product arrive every time packed beautifully and exactly the way it looked in the photographs. Anytime I had a problem they were immediately resolved. But I actually haven’t had too many. This is an amazing company and they are very nice to deal with. The reviews I read that were bad are bogus!!!

Here's is the comment I've sent them about the croc Holly convertible bag: "I purchased it a few weeks ago and have only worn it twice for a total of maximum 4 hours combined. I did not do any extreme activities, simply wore it while I grocery shopped. However, the leather is already deteriorating, which is extremely disappointing to say the least. I understand calf skin can be delicate though I never could have expected it to deteriorate so quickly. I've been wanting a better quality bag for a while now and decided to invest in this one as I am an university student and this fit my price range. I am sad to say that for $250CAD I wish I would have gotten another material or even more, invested in another brand. Your designs are great and hence what drew me to you, but perhaps discontinue this texture until you've found a formula that holds up a bit longer, even if it means to make the bag more expensive. Thank you so much for reading this." After reading reviews on here, I don't expect them to care or to even respond, however I've decided to post this here in hopes to warn others.

Poor Quality, Worse Customer Service

I purchased a belted blazer from Staud and wore it only a couple of times before the metal of the belt buckle snapped in half. I emailed asking if they could replace the belt and was told i had to send the entire item back for a replacement. After a week and a half long delay for a shipping label due to some 'technical difficulties', my blazer was on sale and I received no guarantee that they even had the replacement item.
Decided not to replace the belt and look to have it repaired myself. I won't be purchasing this brand again, the quality is clearly very poor for the price. Not to mention the poor customer experience.

These people are heartless

These people are heartless. When my items didn’t fit, they wouldn’t let me exchange or do store credit. When I explained my financial situation and how I got this to wear to an event, I received a very very cold response. Spend your money elsewhere guys.

If I could give them ZERO stars...

I am a first time customer and ordered a $350 dress for my 50th birthday. I ordered the Georgia dress and it arrived 1 month after ordering which I felt was shady to begin with but ok that is not the issue. When it arrived it was severely damaged and irreparable at the seam from hip to the knee. I was upset but surely I felt I would be taken care. I immediately notified company and sent pix. I sent item back per their suggestion as I offered to get it fixed. Upon them recieving it they emailed me to tell me it was my fault and they will be shipping the dress back to me and will not send out a new one or refund. I was furious as I am a business owner and MAKE SURE ALL OF MY CLIENTS ARE TAKEN CARE OF. It is May and my party isn't until July so it was clearly not worn( tags on, etc). The fact that this NEW company did not even try to resolve it was very upsetting.

I am appalled and will be contacting PAYPAL to see if I can get this resolved. It has been a really bummer experience and I hope noone else needs to deal with this terrible customer service. But by reading the reviews it looks like I am not the only one. STAY AWAY FROM STAUD

Worst online shopping experience

The website is a mess, prices are displayed in 2 currencies like, $300kw, so it confuses buyer, If you set order there is no chance to cancel it, not on website nor if you contact customer service, there is no return for orders from Kuwait as shown in website, If you insist to return you have to pay for it according to their terms!!!
I dont recommend to buy from this website, staud products present in many other trusted websites, with less price and a friendly cancellation, return and refund policy, customer service in these other websites are friendly as well,
I was confused with the both currencies when I ordered but once I got sms from my bank different than stated on website I immediately contacted customer service on staud.clothing, few hours later they told me my order is packing and can't cancel order, and I got my order 3 weeks later!!!!, I emailed them many times, they replied for only 2 emails saying there is problem with DHL!!!!!
It wasn't a thrilling experience, I hated what I order!!!
