Bought a pair of red stax leggings…
Bought a pair of red stax leggings and they are utter rubbish not squat proof at all, you can literally see everything without even bending over. When I gave the feedback I was told I should have bought their premium range for squat proof. Like wtf , you are a company that focuses on active wear, as a bare minimum and basic essential leggings should not be see through. What the actual f. They were not cheap either. I will never ever buy from them again. These influencers who support them I will never ever trust anything else they promote when they can support such a crap company who has poor products and service. I did like their shirts and jumpers but you can get the same quality at other known brands for half the price. And don’t get me started on their shipping process clearly drop shipping. They were good when they first opened. So sad. Go support others like muscle nation, dk active , heck even Lorna Jane vs this rubbish company . So upset that I’ve lost money and still need to buy leggings elsewhere now.

It's my first time ordering from this brand. I saw the sale and decided to buy items from them. They are a bit pricy that's why I bought some stuff during afterpay day sale. I've ordered it a little over 2 weeks ago but it still hasn't been shipped. At least on email to know that it's delayed would be nice, but nothing.

Maybe if you have a sale on, knowing you will get a “high influx of orders”, you could put more staff on to ensure orders don’t take WEEKS to be sent out! You claim you’re “working around the clock” in the AI automated email, it sure doesn’t seem like it. I thought stax was a trustworthy and good brand, clearly thinking twice about my first order ever. Up your game, seriously.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I brought the oversized vest at $7 off normal sale price and apparently can’t return due to a “sale”. It was over $60. Honestly a joke. I wanted to return as I look like a fkn line backer in it and brought a size down. Honestly get better return options. Never buying here again.

More like Worst black tights.
Honestly years ago there best black tights were the best black tights.. they have changed the material, quality, customer service everything is woeful.. EVERYTHING sticks to these tights! Before you even leave the house they’re covered in everything I cannot stand them! Not to mention they ball up between the thighs after one wear. They have literally lowered there standard. Will never purchase from them again..

Made an order and yet to receive it. In that time I have received 2 orders from Lululemon (both within 5 business days). When I checked my order on the Stax website my order was UNFULLFILLED so I asked for a refund. I was advised that I could get a gift receipt for future purchases! Why would I want to purchase from them in the future. So pushed back for refund. Next step is ACCC.

Ordered 30 June, no shipping confirmation as yet. Reached their 10 day maximum today and emailed, no reply as yet. Ordered for a hiking weekend which has been and gone. Seriously just want my money back. Lost a regular customer.

I placed an order during their sale on the 30/05, 14 days after purchase ($265 worth of stock) I was notified an item had been oversold and I could either swap to an item of the same RRP or 120% store credit, I didn’t want a store credit so swapped to another random item (due to their stock all being OOS) that was actually worth less than the original item- no mention of a credit. I understand sale periods can cause this and felt 14 days was reasonable to wait when they’re busy. I was assured my order would be sent asap.
It wasn’t until another 14 days had passed they notified me another item was OOS (so 14 days for them to go find another item in my order??)
It was at 38 days after ordering I was notified that PART of my order had been shipped with 1 swapped item I requested not being sent out, because why would I want store credit to buy with them again! I just picked an item that was in my size, couldn’t even tell you if I like it or what it is because there’s nothing to choose from anyway.
The email replies just keep saying their sale period is busy, sorry for the delay, due to their ‘recent’ sale the warehouse is busy.
which is pretty poor form from such a huge brand that has since had new collections drop. I’m sure they’ve all been sent but for some reason my order has been floating around the warehouse taking 38 days to pack.
Will never buy from them again. People should buy with extreme caution.
How can they get away with this? They’ve had my money for nearly 6 weeks and not even the whole order is arriving. I replied to the most recent email saying I just want my order sent, they can pick whatever they like as long as it’s sent.

Very disappointing was willing to wait up to 10 days as the maximum as stated, this is new beyond the joke. Won't be ever buying again.

I placed an order with Stax almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my items or even a proper shipping update. When I reached out after 10 business days (which is the maximum timeframe they mention for busy periods), I was told I’d get a tracking link in another 2–3 business days. It’s now been 15 business days and still nothing.
I ordered this clothing for my work uniform at the gym, so the delay has been really frustrating. Overall, pretty disappointed with the service and delivery times. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re expecting your items within a reasonable timeframe.
