Taxi on time, good communication good. Very good service, satisfied customer.

Great service, had a few problems when booking via the website, even though I selected the correct date the webpage was saying a complete different date.
Called the office and they were very quick to rectify the problem.

I ordered a Staxi for an airport transfer a few days before the date. The taxi didn't arrive on time. After making two calls to customer support, the driver called me and threatened that if I called support again, he would go home and we would miss our flight. This caused a lot of stress. The taxi driver arrived 24 minutes late. It seems like he left home at the time he was supposed to pick us up. He smelled like alcohol from the night before. After finally arriving, he drove 150 km/h so we wouldn't miss our flight. The customer support person was really kind and helpful, by the way.

Bad! The taxi was cancelled without a notice and it was scheduled in advance. I hope to receive the money back as it was pay in advance. Order number: 7892376

He was really lovely, helpful and chatty. It was a pleasure to travel with him.
He took us to the terminal we needed and assisted us with directions.

Dursun arrived 5-6 minutes in advance, was very helpful and friendly. Great service! Especially helpful with a dog since it’s very hard to find drivers/ companies that accept dogs.

Taxi arrived on time for pick-up and drop-off. The drivers were professional, and courteous.

They were very responsive for pick-up time changes, and I did not encounter any issues with their driving. I also booked late the night before, and was picked up very early the next morning with no issues.

Machine on the phone keeps looping - no way to get in touch with them efficiently. I booked a taxi, and my app was showing correct pick up time, but the email confirmation was showing a date with a following day. I tried to call them multiple times, but the machine on the line kept repeating no matter which option I chose. It did not recognize my booking number. I was so annoyed I just cancelled it. After choosing option one I get an sms with a link to booking form instead of a connection to a real person. Why would I call if I did not need to talk to anybody? People need your contact number for a conversation and help, not to get annoyed by a machine. Waiting for reimbursement now. Absolutely useless. I used their services few times before without problems, so this was quite disappointing. Seems like the level of service has degraded during last year.

I booked and paid a taxi online in advance for 6:30 AM, but no one showed up. The driver only called me at 8:00 AM to ask if I still needed the taxi, admitting that he had overslept. This caused significant inconvenience, and I find it quite unacceptable. Awaiting info about refund process.

Very friendly

Used this while visiting a lovely but remote hotel on the outside of Amsterdam City. All round great serious, they provided very good updates as well as a competitive price to all other cab/ taxi services in the area. I would definitely recommend them to struggling to get an uber/ bolt while visiting the Netherlands! Driver was great too, super efficient and got us to the airport safely and promptly!
