Reliable and thorough
I live in a three storey house opposite a construction site, and a couple of years ago decided I wasn't able to continue cleaning my windows. Professional and affordable
Always message before and after it's done, they only charge after the cleaning is done and both the gentlemen that came visited my house have done a really good job! Very pleased with the service, prices are really good too.

Window cleaning fine but admin system awful.
As window cleahers these people are good. Unfortunately they came on the wrong day and didn't close the back gate properly.
Also when they e-mailed the invoice they didn't give any payment methods. When I telephoned the office no-one answered. I left a message offering card payment but they say have no record of my call.
On Tuesday morning at 5.08 a.m. I had the sixth of seven automated messages about the invoice.
When I finally got to speak to someone they insulted me. Have now reluctantly paid the full amount but will not be using them again.

I'm pleased you say we are good window cleahers, however we are window cleaners! I'm sorry you feel our admin system is awful. If you looked at the invoice correctly you would have seen the link to pay by card or by direct debit. If you had done this promptly our efficient automated payment reminder wouldn't have kicked in. Were also sorry we came on the wrong day, however our efficient admin system would have emailed you the night before to let you know we were coming so you could have let us know it was not convenient.
