The customer service and communication was 10/10! I was searching to get my trainers cleaned during the busy Christmas period for a holiday. They went above and beyond to get me trainers cleaned within a short turnaround. I would recommend 100% and I will be using again. Also they have a loyalty card scheme which is an added plus.

Overall good experience. I delivered the shoes myself but they came to meet me in the middle of our locations. I took 4 pairs to be cleaned and they came back as good as they could possibly be given their prior condition. I'll be using them again and recommending them to friends.
