I arrived at the property in Liverpool…
I arrived at the property in Liverpool at 9pm - it was a mild 20 degrees outside but 30 degrees inside the property. While the property does not advertise having air con (and most places in the UK don't) there were no windows available to open in the property as a means of cooling it down. I stayed for 1 hour before having to leave and stay somewhere else. No refund or help of any kind was offered.

Miami: Great - Unit: So, So
The unit was a great size and design, but overall the stay did disappoint in the following ways: When we arrived the floors were not clean. Although they offered to send housekeeping we decided to clean them ourselves. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken but they sent someone to fix it. Also the drain in one of the bathrooms was leaking and they had to send handyman to repair it. The great pool was not available due to renovations. I requested a partial refund from the cleaning fee I paid, but they refused to give it to me.

I’ve stayed with StayCozy a few times in Miami and always had a great experience. The units are spacious, clean, well-equipped, and the views are amazing. The support was super responsive and helpful. Perfect for both short and longer stays.
