With its front and back yards, this flat had a real "cottage feel". It was plenty big inside for the two of us. It was very quiet inside, giving a cozy feeling. It was squeaky clean and everything worked perfectly. The clothes washer was a godsend for us, as we were able to pack more lightly.
The short walk to the grocery store included a bridge over the creek! The train station was only two blocks away, making it easy to get to Edinburgh and Stirling Castle. Likewise, the city bus got us to and from the City Center, the Abbey and Palace, and the Carnegie Library and museum. We would love to return here and show off Dunfermline to our family members!

Very cozy, clean and comfortable flat with a nice garden on a quite road. Only 5 minutes walk from a station. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our time at the Steadings. It was a great location, very clean. Thanks for a wonderful time!

The place was very cute and a great location but needs a good cleaning! The baseboards, walls me rug in living room were filthy! The sheets and pillows need updating and better quality.

Beautiful, spacious steading… lovely comfy beds and lovely big kitchen for dining in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, plus there’s a garden for when the weather is nice… and there are French doors to the garden from the kitchen and from the lounge. Also, there are plenty of parking spaces 👌🏻

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. Accommodation was very cosy and well equipped. Peaceful area but local shop close enough to nip out to. Very clean, tidy and dog friendly.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at the Steadings. Furnishings were comfortable and adequate. Stuart was quick to respond to any questions. Enjoyed our walks to Limekilns' beach and harbour. Would recommend.

Rented cottage from them for Christmas. Was very nice - with fresh, clean furniture and furnishings and comfortable beds. Good communication via email with them for check in/ check out instructions. Would be happy to use again.

My daughter and I stayed for a few weeks and loved it. Very clean and cozy place with lots of shopping nearby and also the train station is very close. Hope to stay again.

Amazing stay and very good communication with owner. The apartment has all you need, it is clean and very quiet. It is also close to shops, restaurants and beautiful parks. It is highly recommended!

Fabulous accommodation!
Tastefully furnished, bright, spotless and very comfortable. Arrival and departure was easy, and the host good communicator.
Dunfermline is such a lovely place to visit, and we were blown away by the beauty of the park. The sunshine helped of course.

We couldn’t have asked for anything better. This is the very first time, I’ve ever felt a rental had got everything right.
We have no complaints, and will be booking again.
All the pictures were accurate, everywhere was clean.
The hosts have really been spot on with their rental
I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Great experience staying for the weekend for our wedding. Stuart was great communicating all the way through and throughout our stay and the cottage was excellent. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Great apartment, great location. Modern, clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed our short break.

The accommodation was very clean & comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped & nice to have a large tv & 2 sofas in the living room. Great garden area too. Good location for exploring the area.

Great quiet location but with lots of amenities close by and good base for traveling to Edinburgh.

Perfect apartment. The place is spotlesly clean & the bed was so comfortable, it's not often you go away & sleep better than in your own bed.
Ideal location in a very quiet residential street. Parked the car when we arrived & didn't move it until we left. 1 min walk to bus stop for bus to Edinburgh, 3 minute walk to train station.
Also only 5 minutes walk @ you're at Dunfermline Abbey. We had a fabulous 5 night stay & will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here. We used it as a base for visiting family. The cottage was in a lovely setting with parking right outside and a lovely garden.
Inside was very cosy & modern. Plenty room for our family of 6.
