Friendly host, clean and cozy flat, perfect location near river Thames.

I had a wonderful stay at Joel’s BnB. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful details that made the visit relaxing from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Joel provided clear instructions and was very responsive throughout my stay.

The location was convenient, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to rest and recharge. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay.

This apartment, managed by Staymo, was clean, comfortable and very conveniently situated a short walk from Stansted tube and train station. Communication from our host, Charlotte, was very good and all the directions and instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. The only thing which prevented a 5 star review was that the hob was out of order during our stay, so we were limited to using the oven for cooking. Overall, though, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great stay overall. The property is managed by Staymo and everything was exactly as described. The place was clean, appliances worked well, and the apartment felt comfortable and well-maintained. There were a couple of minor things that could be fixed, but nothing that affected the stay.

Check-in was super easy with clear, detailed instructions. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful 7-night stay at this apartment provided by Staymo. The location is excellent. The check-in guide and appliance instructions provided by Staymo were exceptionally clear and helpful. It made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommended!

The flat was convenient, quiet, and comfortable, just as shown in the pictures shown. It is professionally hosted, so communication is quick and very clear. The check-in process is well thought out, with pictures and videos given. I would very happily stay here again.

We did enjoy our stay at this property. The location was fantastic and the property itself was so safe and quiet and well set out for us and our 2 small children. I do think the kitchen is in need of a deep clean, not just a surface clean. The utensil drawer and cupboards were quite dirty which was a shame as I know professional cleaners are used here so the owner should definitely follow up to ensure they’re cleaning all areas. There is also some water damage in the bathroom in the corner of the bath and wall behind the door. The smell of damp and mould was very strong after each time the shower was used and you can visibly see the damage mould in the area. It definitely needs maintenance there. The bathroom itself however (bath/shower, basin and toilet) were very clean. The linen and beds were clean and comfortable and the amenities were great for us with our small children. All up we would definitely stay again, location and safety/security are top of our list and this property to a both of those boxes immediately. As well as a great host who communicated so easily and promptly with us. If the kitchen cleaning and bathroom maintenance is looked at, this is a 5 star property for us!

This place is a perfect location for everything you want to do in Brixton. You are so close to the village, the tube, and even a department store. I had such a great time staying here. The apartment is cozy, the bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed in the kitchen and the bathroom.

Staymo is extremely responsive and they have great instructions on how to get into the home, taking out the trash, and every thing you could possibly need. It was priced well and this was my best trip to London yet!

Stayed at a Staymo property in London and had a wonderful experience. Quick responses, good central location, affordable, and comfortable. Would use again.

Me and my family absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. It was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and local to the city. Sarah was also very friendly, responsive and helpful. Thank you Sarah! And also thank you staymo, the property management company that looks after this house. We will definitely book again on our next visit to the UK!
