Thank you for your message, sorry to hear if the delivery for your order took longer time than normally.
Most of our orders goes to delivery from our warehouse with in 24h from the order.
I checked your order and I can see that we received it on Thursday evening the 21/8. Our warehouse was not able to ship the order on during Friday and therefore the delivery left the warehouse on Monday the 25/8.
Our warehouse is located in Sweden and delivery time is approx. 2-4 working days.

Delivery takes very long from Sweden to Finland
Take around 10 days for package to arrive to Finland with delivery cost of 1.99€. Return a small package back cost 9.90€. Better buy stuff from domestic sellers. I didn't know their warehouse is in Sweden when their website is in Finnish.

Price was right, delivery was fast, items as promised
I've used Staypro.com earlier as well. They deliver quickly and the products are as promised. Typically prices are lower than others as well.
The only thing I've no experience is their guarantee system, as typically these tools are quite big and heavy, so no idea how that would work. Years back I orderd Bosch table saw, where the engine break broke. As it is just minor annoyance, I didn't do any guarantee stuff due to the above mentioned issue (it's heavy and big) :D

For larger products, we have PostNord Groupage or Pallet as delivery options.
