As per as my experience, it is a scam for me.I almost send complain everyday since i recieved the wrong item.Maybe it is their practice to send wrong item and doesn’t answering or fix the problem.I can’t recommend this company.They are irresponsible to their customers.😡

I understand that you are disappointed. When you shop and it says "shipping within 7-10 days", you expect that to be correct. Unfortunately, your product was delayed. If we knew it would be, it would be something else on the website. However, it has been particularly difficult for some suppliers to obtain materials due to a shortage of materials worldwide.
We are constantly working to get better at getting as good estimates of delivery times as possible. Right now we are not quite there.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Haven't received anything... tool or explanation
Ordered a tool over two weeks ago. Paid for it upon check out, never received it.
Numerous, rather dull, calls have been made to Staypro only to hear that they don't know what happened to the order, nor what happens next.
They don't know if the support team have sent a new one and suggested I just sit back and relax while the support team contacts me. Needless to say, they haven't yet, otherwise I wouldn't be rating them a fully deserved one star.
I suspect that they didn't have the item in stock when I ordered it in the first place, otherwise they would have sent me a new one. Yet I am pretty sure that i settled the bill right away upon checking out.
Of course, summer and a huge backlog are to blame, according to the Staypro operators on the phone. However, these excuses are becoming a bit stale.
I have requested clarifications and a compensation. However, whether I get either, this review stands true for the current level of support, clarity and, most importantly, absolute lack of empathy for this shameful situation

Ordered tools for 31000kr 2 months ago and recieved only half of it. Customers support respond after one week or more. No progress only still investigating case. Suggestion use a phone to communicate...
Never again ordering from this company, worst experience and customer support none.
