ZERO, even MINUS ZERO Customer Relations

I have been calling STAYSA.co.uk since morning. I called at least 3 times. I asked for a link to a property in Sally Oak. I was gonna arrange a full month stay (professional-one person short stay) with a great possibility to rent for a full year in monthly basis. However, the lady on the phone started to hanging up on me. I was just asking about the link she promised to send me for which she only said `my team will send you the link`. DO YOU REALLY NEED A TEAM TO SEND A LINK FOR RENTING YOUR APARTMENTS??? And in my last call after 3 hours without link, she just hung up the phone on me !!!

I need an urgent response and a decent return to my stay request.

Ridiculous !!!
