I have been eyeing up Stay Wild swim since they started and have recently received the Odyssey one piece in Navy as a Christmas present (to say I was happy is an understatement!). It is hands down the best swim suit I have ever had! The material is amazing, it’s comfortable, supportive and so beautiful. As a surfer and cold water swimmer, this will be used almost daily, all year round and I feel confident in its durability and promise to last. I hope to get my hands on more pieces ASAP! Thank you 💙

I had been eyeing a bikini from Stay Wild Swim since Zanna and Natalie launched the brand and I'm so glad I finally got myself a set! I purchased the Neptune bikini top and Sierra bikini bottom and I can't wait to take these on holiday with me later this month! Do note for sizing of the bottoms, if you are in between sizes or, like me are slightly larger on the bottom, you can comfortably size up as I feel that the bottoms do run a bit tight.

Required an exchange for the bikini bottoms and Hannah was super lovely, patient and helpful in arranging my exchange (which took place internationally, during the busy holiday season, and amidst mail strikes).

10/10 would recommend Stay Wild Swim if you're looking for sustainable and stylish swimwear with top customer service.

I bought the nomad bikini after it caught my eye a year ago- and I am seriously impressed. The fabric is gorgeous, and has survived sea, chlorine and the washing machine (not ideal I know!) whilst retaining its colour and stretch. The quality is far superior to more expensive brands. I feel amazing wearing it, and am already deciding which swimsuit to get next!

Received my Leva beach bag and Skye towels and they are beautiful :)

I had an issue with my order delivery and it went missing for a while. Reached out to Stay Wild & Hannah was very helpful to help me find my lost package and sorted me out with a new delivery option. Overall great customer service and I am very happy with the product and service!

My Beanie arrived this week and it’s wonderful! The quality is excellent, I thought the price was very fair and the order arrived really quickly despite all the disruption at the moment. Really nice present/stocking filler for friends or family or a lovely present to your self.
Not my first purchase from SWS and won’t be my last. I got the linen shirt last year as a present and have got so much wear out of it, looks great with jeans in the Uk but also thrown over shorts or swimwear on holiday. I also have the Nomad bikini which has washed really well and I feel great in which is definitely not the norm for me in swimwear! Always get compliments when I wear it. I love the brand and what they are trying to do and I’m excited for future releases.

I found their customer service to be if a very high standard. I couldn’t decide on size and style, they allowed me to exchange multiple times and were understanding even when out with the returns policy.
The bikini is a lovely design and seems to be of a very high quality.
Look forward to taking it on holiday next year.

Incredible quality swimwear. I was a bit nervous washing the (deep green) bikini for the first time, as other customers had said the colours ran. But after a 30 degree wash, it's still in perfect condition. Hannah was also really helpful in arranging an exchange for me in record time so that the delivery arrived before I went on holiday! Great customer service, and a fantastic product. (Tip: size up in the Nomad bikini bottoms)

I love this swimwear and have a bikini from Stay Wild already so was excited to get the Odyssey swimsuit. Unfortunately after two attempts the sizing/style wasn't quite right for me but the customer service has been excellent. Hannah has been super responsive and helpful and was quick to reserve the replacement size for me when I first reached out. She has now resolved my issue and instead I'm now waiting for an alternative piece and a part refund. I've been really impressed with her proactivity and responsiveness. Big thank you to Hannah, and the rest of the team for such beautiful pieces!

Nomad bikini is beaut! I recently got the nomad bikini in the coral colourway and I love it. My only neg is that its a little tight around hips but if I sized up then the waist would be too big. But the top is perfect!

Love my bikini bottoms but inside seam started to open up, I got in contact and they sorted out and mended with no fuss at all. Great experience.

My Odyssey range swimsuit is my favourite swimsuit ever! I absolutely love it - for once I actually feel comfortable in a swimsuit! Love the khaki colour so much.. and great quality...huge huge fan!!

I actually got my suit second hand but will be buying more in the near future!!

I can't thank you enough for creating such a beautiful piece. Having not been able to exercise I have put on a lot of weight and I am struggling with body confidence. However when I put the Odyssey suit on I feel empowered and feminine and couldn't care less that my body is on show. So thank you!!

Firstly I love the brand's ethos and model imagery, and customer service is faultless: incredibly friendly and helpful. The products also feel like very good quality (although I never swam in them/washed them, for reasons below).

My issue is with fits and sizing. After measuring myself according the website's size guide I went up one size from what I usually wear, but even this was way too small. I ordered a few different styles in this bigger size and all were uncomfortably tight and unflattering.

I appreciate that this is a small company but I think that return postage should be free for an online-only company too, especially when the items are expensive and so have to be posted via a pricier service (I'll have now spent about £20 in total on delivery and return postage costs).

I'm happy to spend a bit more money on swimwear that makes me feel good, but unfortunately this just isn't it. If you're the sort of person who can "wear anything", however, you may like this brand.

I ordered a swimsuit from Stay Wild Swim and absolutely fell in love with it. The material is very good quality and feels like it will last, unlike other swimsuits I have purchased elsewhere.

Unfortunately the colour did run when I rinsed it with cold water, a very odd thing to happen. But Hannah was incredibly helpful with my exchange, nothing was too much trouble and she refunded me the postage fee for returning the faulty item. Even with this unfortunate experience, the customer care and exchange experience was so good I would recommend and purchase from them again.

Looking forward to wearing my new swimsuit on holiday rather than just abound the house.

First time customer. I need to exchange a bikini top, which I had purchased in a wrong size. The customer service was always quick to respond, were the kindest and gave great advice on which size to buy.
The exchange process was smooth and I am happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

I have followed Natalie and Zanna and this brand few a few years now. Bought the 'Be a Force of Nature' white t-shirt recently. I had bought the same one three years ago and after repeated wear on many adventures and travels, it finally needed an upgrade.

Postage is swift and it is well-packaged. I noticed that even though I ordered the same product in the same size, the quality of the cotton was much better as well as the shape which has an improved cut, so even more in love with it! Wore it as soon as it arrived in the post.

I also invested in the Odyssey one-piece earlier this year after eyeing it up for a few years. It is supportive for watersports, comfortable and looks lovely.

Such great customer service. I ordered the wrong size and fancied the coral instead of the yellow. They got back to me super quickly about the exchange and even though they hadn’t got my return (I had provided proof of postage) they sent me my items asap as I was due to go away. Cannot fault them at all! And the quality of the bikini is like no other.
I didn’t understood what they meant when they said ‘if in between sizes then size up’ but I got it after I ordered the wrong size. For example, if for some of the measurements you are a size 12 and some a 14 then get a 14.

Beautiful swimwear designs but truly terrible customer service. Order enquiry emails are often ignored with no response at all - chasing the info you need seems to be all but impossible.

Given the price of each product (and the fact that they're often out of stock/are not as inclusive as they make out) and the really poor service I've experienced, I'll definitely shop elsewhere in future.

I'm a repeat customer and have bought from the swimwear and essentials range. I've found the quality and fit of the swimwear great and would buy more pieces from the collection happily. I don't find the essentials range as comfortable or supportive as the swimwear, but it's ok. I've found delivery good overall, I think one piece I pre-ordered was delayed, but they kept in touch about it and accept that these things happen when ordering from a small brand.

I had my eye on a piece of swimwear from this brand for a while but the higher price was putting me off. They released an essentials range of underwear with pieces of similar style to the bikini tops I had liked. I thought it was a good opportunity to try the fit of the pieces without making such an investment.

I ordered two of their bras and on opening, I noticed the stitching on one of the pieces was very neat but didn't think this warranted a return. I then wore and washed the other item and lots of little lumps of fabric appeared between the material. Disappointed by the quality of both items I contacted customer service. The team was friendly but I kept having to chase them to get a solution. It was agreed they would send me replacement garments when the items were back in stock. I was told it would be about two weeks till they were back in stock.

One month later I chased up as I still hadn't heard or received anything. I was told the items still weren't in stock and waited another two weeks for replacements to be sent out and then received a parcel with the wrong colour of items. I emailed customer service and they asked me to send these back, paying for postage and then they would refund my costs. I did not agree to do this given it was their error (and the time I had been waiting) and they sent out the correct colour. I still have complaints about the quality of the replacements with the same issues occurring but I could not be bothered contacting this company again. Would strongly recommend avoiding and I'm very glad I didn't splash out on a piece of swimwear.
