Alex and the rest of the team where great. He took the time to really understand why I was looking at moving roles and what I want from a new job.

Even if Alex was not available, someone from his team were there before my interviews to make sure I'm ready and feel prepared.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering changing jobs.
