I had asked a few times for an email to pay my advance early as it doesn't give me the option manually on my app or online. After a few attempts and replies finally Florin the angel replied instead with the invoice to pay and it was late at night too so I wasn't expecting her reply but she did and i was so grateful.. Recently went on Steadypay app to pay a balance I had outstanding. I have a new debit card so was expecting to be asked for details but they already had them somehow as payments went through. I then tried to cancel membership and it said payment was processing so I couldn't cancel. This was 2 weeks ago and despite numerous messages from me, they still won't let me cancel as payment still says processing yet cleared over a week ago on my bank statement. I am now concerned that they have my card details that I never gave them and I never even received any payment receipt from them. Shocking!
Update
After leaving this review, Steadypay emailed to confirm they received the previous payments but to cancel my subscription I need to pay another £109, I then checked the app and that says I need to pay another £200? It seems like they are just plucking figures out of the air. Would definitely stay away!
Requested top up on Thursday 09th April 2026. monies has still not arrived in my account. Messaging via the in-app and nobody is responding have no idea when funds will hit my account what is the reason you pay a subscription however not getting the service ? UPDATE, someone from steady pay finally contacted me after 17.00hrs on the Monday 13th and the funds finally hit my account at around 19.00hrs which is a far cry from Friday ? However the agent progressed the payment manually I was advised that its not there system but on some cases the monies bounce back and they are not aware until a customer contacts ?
Michael was very helpful and got my issues sorted out fast thanks for all the help

After my previous review, Florin contacted me & was extremely understanding & friendly. She was able to solve my issue quickly & efficiently so I have changed my review to reflect this. Although my initial feelings were negative, I found Florin was able to help & communicate with me in layman terms instead of from a script. Thank you for listening & providing a solution for me.
