Fantastic customer service
I can say initially I was quite upset due to the bank holiday my parcel should have arrived on a Saturday before Easter Sunday, but for what ever reason this did not occur and the gift was intended for a Easter prescent . After informing steal a deal about this I can truly say they have handled the situation perfectly and could not have asked for better customer service . Even though I didn’t receive my parcel on time the way in which they have handle my purchase and the delay , I would still purchase from them in future
