Disgusted. I didn’t get my parcel and the company claim I have even though it’s been delivered to complete incorrect address from the proof in photo. Explained to stealth London and no consideration for the fact I’m now out of pocket with no item. Extremely rude!

I’m never really the person too complain but I feel completely finessed. I received a £80 coat today all excited and it comes out damaged. Not even a little but the whole of the inside of the sleeve is not even attached it’s unwearable it’s literally hanging out. I wanted too go out with this coat this Friday night but imma have too wear my old coat now
