Stealth Belt is an ostomy support belt designed to allow ostomy patients to live their lives on their on own terms. It's great for everyday use as well as for the most rigorous of activities. Happy Customer

I have ordered several products from this company and love the products! I thought I would try another company and save money. I was not happy with the products at all. The zippers on the other company were sticking and this made it difficult to use. It did take some time to receive my products but I was very pleased with product. Worth the wait.

Took my money and ghosted me!

I ordered 2 belts and in 8 weeks I received nothing resembling my order. No belts, just some material cutouts like someone threw random scraps into a bag and sent it out to me (order filled).
I paid to have the “whatever” it was sent back with a copy of my original order and never heard from them again. Calling is useless as it automated and tells you to email support. What a waste of $250 CAD.

I had the same problem

I had the same problem. At one point, they sent me the wrong belts and said that they had fulfilled my orders. When I tried to return the belts for the correct models, the return option on their website was not working. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Buyer beware this company has an F…

Buyer beware this company has an F rating with the BBB. I ordered a belt, they wasted no time collecting the payment but have yet to deliver the product and it’s impossible to reach anyone at this company. Should be criminal to prey on the patients that need this product.

The belts are good if you can get one

The belts are good if you can get one! I have one and ordered another. It's been over a month and has not arrived. There is no way to reach them. Like others have said, they don't return emails and don't answer their phone

Terrible Customer Service and Leadership

Ordred a belt in August and received a confirmation. Over 2 months later no belt and no response to my emails other than an automated response stating they are extremely busy and not to write again. When you call the 800 number you cannot get a live person, just voicemail that tells you to write to them. Meanwhile, their Linkedin site shows their CEO partying with models. A little attention to customers would be better.

FYI this company is a scam

FYI this company is a scam. They will take your money, not deliver and not contact you. Try and call them or send them a message on the website BEFORE you buy to verify that this is true. They apparently USED to be good, but have sucked more recently. Look them up on Reddit as well to see the horror stories recently. Even my ostomy nurses told me to stay away since even THEY can't get in touch with anyone at steathbelt.

I wish I had a way of giving NO STARS

I wish I had a way of giving NO STARS. Stealth Belts Customer Service is NON-EXISTANT!! Their website shows an 800# as well as Sales Email Address. An Audio Attendant answers the 800# and all options direct you to the Sales Email Address. I email them two separate emails on 09/11/24 because I have two separate order #s for two separate items. I have yet to get a reply to either email.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered sept 7. It’s now now sept 23rd. My order still says pending yet the credit card charge has been processed. No one answers phone calls or emails. I paid 55 dollars for expedited shipping on top of the high priced belt.
Steer clear of this company.

Caveat emptor

I ordered and paid $250 for two belts. I received an acknowledgement of order being filled and then a USPS notification that order was “pending” . No updates. No responses to emails per their instructions. Absolutely nothing. No belts and out $. I can’t tell if this is a fraud or scam and their total lack of communication makes me suspicious. It’s been months now and I’ll give them one more email ( on top of the others sent over the past few months) and then BBB and Tennessee AG’s office. The products look great and it’s so disappointing to be let down.
Follow-up Sep 30. No reply to inquiry on Sep 23. I contacted my credit card company, Tennessee BBB and consumer protection division of Tennessee Attorney General’s office. Please note replies to previous reviews stopped after 2015… and to rub salt in my wounds I got a solicitation email from them wanting me to buy more products.

Good Product, but don't buy from the company

I ordered a Stealth Belt Vertical and received a horizontal belt.

The "company" is just a ghost company. There is no-one to answer questions or initiate returns.

If there is anything wrong with your order, the only way to resolve it is to call your credit card company and start a charge-back.

Avoid like the plague.

Lousy customer service

While their products are good they have the worst customer service. I've been trying to reach a live body but it's impossible. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and cannot an answer as to current status

Ordered two belts and it's been eight…

Ordered two belts and it's been eight weeks without any notification or delivery. Have tried to contact company, was referred to their website with instructions to leave an email message. To date no response from company to my email and no belts.
Really poor customer service. They could in the very least, inform me of the delay. This is very unfortunate, as I think they have a good product...but their customer service is terrible and will end up being their downfall.
If I ever do receive my order, I will have serious reservations of ever buying their products again because of the lack of communication and customer service.

Non-existent customer support

You'd better hope there's never a mistake with your order, because this company does not honor returns and exchanges (despite claiming to do so on their website). I've been waiting a month to hear back about a return I initiated immediately after reciept of my belt (well within the 10 dya limit!). They refuse to write me back over email, and their "live phone support" is a joke - I tried every single phone option, and they all tell you to just open their website. If we hadn't received the initial belt, I'd be convinced this company is a complete scam. I will probably be filing a complaint with the BBB and researching another similar product, because my partner would like to get back to his real life.

I have tried for a month to get some sort of response. The size ofbbelt I need to order is not listed and the website says to contact the company. They do not answer the phone or emails. We would love to be a happy customer.

Barely noticed it was there.

I’ve only had my ostomy for a month. I ordered one about 2 weeks after my surgery because the pouch hanging between my legs was so obnoxious. I just put it on for the first time and tonight was the first time I’ve felt normal since before surgery. I barely notice it’s there, I don’t have to readjust every time I get up or move while sitting. My thigh isn’t getting poked by the sharp plastic roll-n-close tabs. Yay! The material is soft, the zipper is smooth. It’s pretty comfortable. I do wish they had sent me a size bigger just in case my weight/measurements fluctuate. But I am super happy!

Worthless customer service, ignorant of their own product

I have a Coloplast with 60 mm flange (about 2 3/8 "). So I ordered a 2 1/4 belt at 6PM. Then I saw on their website that they thought the product needed their 2 3/4" opening. So as soon as they opened the next AM, I called customer service and was told NO change was possible once an order was sent in. Return it if I wanted (and loose the extra fees I had paid for fast shipment, of course!) or try it on and hope it might work. The woman had no idea what 60mm was or whether a 2 3/8" flange would fit into a 2 1/4" belt. Terrible customer service. They don't know their own products??? Won't use them again
