I swapped usdc to xmr, the company is holding my funds hostage for almost 2 days! I'm really frustrated, and this was totally unexpected!! They say they are having some problems with liquidity provider, but i sent funds to them! Support cant do anything and is not willing to help. I would like for this issue to get resolved asap or receive a refund.
Never had this bad experience with other exchanges!
I will update this comment, if company reaches out and resolves this issue!

Wrote a memo to a test transaction - sent it and it went through, then tried again with my main total of 300$ that I needed to exchange, but the memo went with problems and transaction got on infinite loading for "Awaiting Deposit". Contacted the support, via email and chat, after 40min 'George' helped and found everything to resolve the issue and confirm my sent money and initiate exchange. Best service for people, much respect and love!

Perfect, the fee is acceptable given that it has built-in mixing and no KYC and its fast for what i've seen totally reccomended.

Wowh how helpful was George I spoke with him via online chat. I made a big mistake and sent LTC over as I was sending from a wallet to another wallet and needed it transferred to another crypto and sent to another exchange with the Stealth withdrawal address as I had many saved a number were with Stealthex and I was not paying attention so sent to another exchange platform. So I sent my funds to the stealthex instead off to the correct exchange address as as I had a number of addresses I did not delete.
After a lot of research I found out I sent to Stealthex. I messaged and spoke with George on and off for hours, I provided the evidence and that took me a while as I am new to all of this. George was patient with me and guided me all the way, questions and proof needed to be showed via video etc. Not once did I feel he was fed up of talking to me even though I would have been fed up of myself and my lack of knowledge if I was in his position. I felt very at ease with George and he is a true team member and I really think this man should be climbing the ladder at Stealthex as if they cloned George's the world would be the most amazing place. The issue has been resolved and the funds will be transferred back to one of my wallets. It was 5.0575 LTC so it was around $460 no small amount and very important to get back.

WARNING: STEALTHEX IS CURRENTLY EXIT SCAMMING AVOID
It has been nearly a month they have stolen my funds.
First they said it was a KYC check due to AML, I completed KYC.
Then they said they need proof of funds, I provided full proof of the funds.
They then asked for even more personal information, I gave.
for the next 2 weeks daily there security team was said that they will give me an update soon, or in the next two, hours, this was every day, I sent over 100 emails to there security team and they did not even respond once.
then they made me wait a week without responding
then they said there was a investigation into the person who sent me the funds (from p2p platform), I asked them to share what are the details, they said sure, then 2 weeks later they do not respond, despite daily emails.
I asked for legal representiative from my broker due to stealthEX's scam attempt, my broker explained that my funds were from p2p, told them they are already AML compliant, and asked to return my funds.
They did not respond to my broker.
My broker then filed for damages against stealthEX in the Budapest court, and contacted stealthEX's legal team, CEO and others, for the name and contact detail of the legal representative of stealthEX. that was over a week ago and they did not respond even to my broker or the court.
My broker filed a further action to ban stealthEX in the EU area after the time expires that they are set to give authorities the legal information of themselves, however they seem to be ignoring everything and are in a process of exit scamming.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY WILL BE BANNED IN THE EU SOON DUE TO FRAUD CHARGES. AND ALL THIS COULD OF BEEN SORTED IF THEY JUST REFUNDED ME AFTER PROVIDED EVERYTHING NECESSARY.

I used this exchange twice, and both times it failed. One took hours to resolve, and the current one is taking days without any window of resolution.
1. The current exchange failed once. After long talks with their support, it got going again. It was because of some issue in their system (the same bug that was there last month), but then a few hours later, I came back and saw it had failed again. Note that it was all supposed to be over in less than 60 minutes. On their website, they say 5 to 60 minutes.
2. They refuse to send me my coins because they say their liquidity provider is suspending withdrawals. (Well, guess what? I didn't send my money to that liquidity provider; I sent it to them!)
3. They said it would be 1-2 business days at worst case, but it has already been way longer than that.
4. They refused to change my coins back to the original ones and refund me, or swap them for some other coin that they can withdraw to send to another exchange to swap and give me my coins. Even though I told them I'd endure all the fees for that, this was when it hadn't lost this much in value.
5. My coins have already lost ~$300 in value, and they continue to lose value. They refuse to take any sort of responsibility for that (or anything else, lol). So if, by the time the issue gets resolved, the coins lose a few thousand more in value, they don't care, and it's my responsibility and fault. I mean, they're not all wrong. It is my fault for being an idiot and trusting them with my coins.
6. The support is not helpful at all. They don't know anything and will just tell you anything so you go away and buy more time. I think they're there just to waste your time until the issue gets resolved by itself. That's if it gets resolved at all. So at this point, their words mean nothing to me, as I have found them just saying things that are not true multiple times. (Like they say they'll check something with their team but then don't ever say anything to their team. I ask 5 hours later about it, and again they say, "I'll just send that to my team again," as if they didn't say that 5 hours ago! Or they say they cannot do anything, but when you ask more, they say, "Okay, I will do something now," but when you ask what, they again say nothing because there is nothing they can do.)
7. Support is rude. They were annoyed that I asked about my money repeatedly in the past few days. For that, I would like to publicly apologize for annoying them by asking about my money. I'm really sorry. I apologize they took my money and I dared asking about it.
So yeah, to sum it up, they took my money and refuse to take any sort of responsibility for it. It has lost nearly ~$300 in value and continues to lose value.
I'm sure they will pay someday. I don't know when, but they will. Their support doesn't know either, lol. But that will probably be when it has lost a lot more value. Hope they enjoy my money because this is the last time I use their website. Twice of this headache is enough for me.
UPDATE: I confirmed the address with the support near 30 mins of their reply here. But this is another case of support failure as I told their support two days ago, twice that I have full access to the withdrawal address and just proceed with it without making me contact them about it again. And here we are.
ANOTHER POINT: Here they said once confirmed, "we will immediately proceed with the payment." but now the support tells me it will take several hours. Which again shows how valuable and trustworthy any of their words are. We went from "immediately" to "several hours" just like that. We'll see how that several hours will work out.
I can't think of a worse experience I had with an exchange and believe me I made many exchanges using similar websites.
UPDATE 2: They finally made the payment. Surprisingly it only took around 40 minutes. lol I still lost value due to them not paying me in time and they don't seem to care at all. But at this point I just want to move on and never see them again. Because in addition to my money, a lot of my time was wasted on this.
