Fast and Reliable Service
The service is fast and reliable. Only one exchange didn’t complete because I sent the deposit too late. However, after submitting a support ticket, the team manually completed the exchange very quickly, even though it was late on a Sunday night. Great customer service!

Took a little longer than I expected
Took a little longer than I expected, though the customer service helped and answered immediately through chat because my swap was stuck at the sending stage about 30 minutes after the the deposit was confirmed, they were kind, the rep checked the details of the swap and 9 minutes later the xmr was sent and confirmed so no problems here, if there was an issue then the rep cleared it, if there wasn't than it was just network congestion so a good exchange site

At first, I was a bit skeptical but thankfully everything went well.
At the finish screen, the text was a little confusing because it says I send X amount of money (lower than what I bought) to "mercuryo" and then I get the exact amount I paid for in LTC...
The system is a little bit confusing but as long as everything went alright it's fine.
It would have been really nice if you also included the final amount after fees when I purchased, or mentioned how much the fees are for the transfer.

Excellent customer service
I’ve made many exchanges over the past few months and have had only an issue with one single transaction. Being new to crypto and not completely understanding how exchanges exactly work I used the same send address from a previous exchange on a new exchange. Therefore my money was sent and but never received by Stealth and never sent to my wallet. I reached out to them and they explained what I had done wrong and after asking for help they worked with me for days to eventually get my money back. I thought for sure I had lost $2500 but thankfully that wasn’t the case. I am super grateful for the help and patience Stealth customer service showed me. After that experience it’s nice to know that if any of my future exchanges were to have an issue I can trust that it will be taken care of. I can’t thank you enough.

Not sending the coins on time / unresponsive support
Exchanged LTC to XMR. They say the transaction takes between 5-30 minutes.
An hour after the LTC transfer was confirmed I messaged their support team.
I got an answer in 15 minutes that they're experiencing delays and will manually transfer my XMR in a few hours.
After 2 hours they finally answer and tell me that they will try to complete the transfer within 2 more hours.
After 4 hours they tell me the classic "Liquidity problems" excuse that they tell everyone who leaves 1 star reviews.
Liquidity problems for under 100USD of XMR.
In the end it took 6.5 hours to receive my coins.
Pathetic company, stay away at all costs. There are waaaaay better alternatives.
