These thin micro usb cables do not last and they do loose connection to charge the controller. You really need to reinforce the connector to not move at all. Because its a really weak thin piece of ABS, gamers are moving their controllers alot. I should not have to duct tape it for it to stay in place.

I ordered a headset for my daughter for Christmas, it has been used less than 10 times and it has stopped working. I contacted Stealth who said it was covered under warranty and since providing proof of purchase they are now ghosting me and ignoring my emails. Disgusting customer service and products that last 4 or 5 months maximum

I have ordered and haven’t been sent an email or a date that it’s arriving is this normal?

Speakers packed up products only a month old b&mwont exchange because can not find the receipt

the headphone are aright the plastic quality feels cheap and the rest is fine

I am writing this after time of using this they are heavy your head hurts if you wear it more then 30 minutes

I recently purchased from stealthgaming.net. The headphones, which I was very excited about, appeared to be faulty. Within a few weeks, the sound had completely stopped working in one ear. I contacted the company via the contact form on their website, and up until this day I have still not heard from them. I am very disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant service, lightning fast delivery and the cables work perfectly. I can't fault them.

Bought a controller charger/headset stand in the black Friday deal for my grandson for Christmas. The web page was easy to navigate and shipment from buying to being delivered was faster than I expected.

Large choice of styles and colours and the same quality as all the over priced brands but at great prices! Order made and arrived 2 days later and order update emails were frequent and clear. Will definitely sticking with STEALTH.

I have purchased a product from Stealth gaming before and i do love their products, great quality and very cheap. I ordered a headset and i was told that delivery was to be between 3-5 working days. I hadn’t received my product after 5 working days so contacted support and i was helped by a lovely person called jess. I asked where my package was and i was told it was still being processed in the warehouse. I then cancelled the order as i was told it would take atleast 3 more days for the package to arrive but i then brought the same product from argos!

The product is amazing and i am so happy with it, the customer service is great but is tricky to get hold of someone on the live chat. Thank you Jess for helping me!
