I give Steambow 10 stars if there were 10, so five stars is putting it lightly to the INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received. I had many questions about the arrow sizes to use, the weights, and some limb power questions for different events on my cross bow order. Lucas responded to me each time, with lengthily, in-depth, detailed information on all my questions. I have never ever received such service and quality character from a company like this. I was extremely impressed and assured of everything going along the way in my purchase with accessories.
I would highly recommend this company which stands behind its products and backs it with warranties and assurances. Before this,I previously contacted a company called Gogun for some questions about considerations of a purchase and wanted to know more about some products they had. They briefly responded to me and then I never heard from Gogun again. They were no where to be found and had a horrible attitude and only wanted to push sales but not respond to questions or inquiries about their products I was interested in.They went mute on me. Steambow is the GOLD STAR company for service, credibility, quality and products. You cant go wrong with them.

It’s outrageous
It’s outrageous. The bow came with cheap plastic tips that broke the second time I used it. The better tips made out of aluminum cost $25 plus $10 to ship. Selling an item with parts that break and then vastly overcharging to fix it is not a crime but it should be.

Cool idea
Cool idea, easy to put together, decent power on the 75 pound draw. Small things I don't like although.
Arrows it comes with , even on cardboard, they break. Simply put.
Also when removing the mag, if all the arrows weren't shot, as soon as the mag is removed, the arrows just fall out.
