The sauna is fantastic and a wonderful addition to our garden. The team that come to assemble it were super efficient and a pleasure work with. Had my 2m Barrel Sauna wood burner assembled last week, extremely happy with the product and the service. Great communication through out, with a very professional assembly team that left the place spotless. Took me a few goes to understand the right technique and amount of wood I needed to get it to the heat to the level we like. But working great now.

I have got two saunas from Steam and Dream for business use. They delivered early so I could hit my opening dates. They installed really quickly. They addressed any niggles immediately. And my customers are loving them!

we bought a fantastic barrel sauna through them which we use at least 3 times a week. I have to admit being a bit nervous going over Facebook and communicating over Whatsapp but the company is definitely legit, no worries ! smooth communications to get our sauna tailored comletely to our desires, no ask has been too much and they always updated the offer accordingly (+ and -). one day installation itself went very smooth with 2 hardworking and friendly guys. few follow-up conversations afterwards so no hit and run approach. could not be happier with my investment !

I am writing my review a second time, because my first review got removed within 3 days since it was published.
I hope the company that built the sauna will fix its mistakes.
I had an awful experience with this construction company.
1. The sauna was assembled not in the centre, but with an offset to one edge of the foundation.
2. The stove was installed out of alignment, which causes the pipe to be installed at an angle, which can lead to a CO leak and poisoning.
3. The vent hole is drilled in the curved part of the barrel and therefore the shut-off vent valve does not close, which is why it takes a long time to heat the furnace to raise the temperature.
4. After installing the sauna, the roof leaked, the company representative came and spent the day fixing the leak, but the roof is still leaking.
5. The benches are installed tilted, not levelled.
6. The mounting screws have gone through and are sticking out so that you can get hurt.
7. In the advertising photograph, the external joints of the sauna walls are coated with sealant. This was not done, which caused water to seep into the sauna when it rained.
8. After contacting the company with request to fix the issues, they stopped answering e-mails and calls. I could provide photos and videos of all snags.

Wonderful experience with Steam & Dream! Got my sauna within weeks, installed in my backyard. The sauna was spot on! Great value for money!

Great quality. Delivered and installed. Excellent wood. The fire is also awesome. This is my second sauna. This is very much the best yet.
