Exceptional customer service! My package was left out in the rain by Royal Mail. Would have been great if it had been wrapped in something waterproof, however, their response was very prompt and it all got sorted very quickly. Just waiting for replacements to arrive

Fantastic
I recently purchased a game from Steam Rocket and the whole experience was fantastic. From purchase to delivery, everything was completed in less than 48 hours. Treasure Trove with Generous and Effective Staff
To start with, this shop has a treasure trove of fun and interesting products that are great to fire up the imagination. To compliment this, their customer service is top notch. A human is on the other side of an email, responding quickly but also kindly. I was blown away after having a small issue resolved by them after months of having purchased a few things from their shop—they also tackled the problem within a few days! Honestly, above and beyond. I will definitely buy from them again and encourage you to have a look, too!
