I am pleased with the care arranged for me. The team are very friendly, kind and helpful. A member of the team regularly visited me at home and took a close interest in my satisfaction with the care I received.
The service is well-organised. The team were in close contact with the carers. Whenever a carer had days off or was on holiday, they arranged for another carer to cover their absence.

During the time I had carers 2 x 4 times daily I was extremely happy with them. They wrre kind and patient to my husband and gave him time when he was not co-operating due to his Alzheimers. Eddie was fond of them and you could see in his face he recognised them and smiled when they arrived. They were thorough in their care and also kept me involved. I do miss them since I got a live-,in carer whose hours suit me better.
