Terrible experiemce
I usually don't write bad reviews, but the experience we had with this company was nothing short of a train wreck. The first time they postponed the installation of two windows in about 4 months, claiming there was some issue with the factory delvering their materials. This was after we already paid the downpaymnet. It was annoying but we decided to be patient. The company schduled us a new installation date to the beginning of April. 3 days before the installation, they asked us to pay the almost full sum of the instllation fee, which is a lot of money. Then, suddenly after we wired them the money, we got a phone call that they cannot install the window because of some factory error (again!). They never gave us a new date, just kept dragging us for days promising they will give us an answer as soon as they'll know. Since we paid for installation but no installation occured, we asked for our money back only to be dragged on for weeks, with our emails being ignored and our phonecalls being mostly unanswered. We managed to get our money back, sans the down paymment and that's only after we sought legal advice. In the time we spent waiting for them to do the job we could have gotten someone else to do it. So yeah, I do not recommend.
