I received the AMEX Black Card, and it looked great. The problem is that, as I used the card, scratches would appear where the black surface had worn off. This happened as soon as I started using the card.

Sent in credit card and payment weeks ago for custom metal card conversion, and website is down now-they've ghosted all my emails/calls! The phone line is disconnected; no shipping update, just took the money and vanished. AVOID STEEL SKINS INC; they're crooks preying on customers!

I lost my car and trying to get a replacement. I looked online and don’t see you guys his website. Do you have a new website?

They disappeared. I need to talk to them. Does anyone know how I can reach them?

I send the payment and the card and never got back to me since! I had a few email exchanges but then they disaapeared

There website is not active after sending my card for conversion. Guess there no longer in business

Undelivered Order SCAM
Undelivered Order : I placed an order for a card on June 12th, which I have yet to receive. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received any response or update regarding my order.
Given the lack of communication and resolution, I intend to file a formal complaint during my next visit end of new week to London.

Card looks good but quality is poor. The paint chipped on first insertion to chip and pin reader. The text at the bottom is offset. I looks reasonable at first glance but it’s not a quality product.

The black color of the Amex card scratches off so easily!! Definitely not worth it!

Impossible to communicate with them, they advertise 5-7 days delivery, it took 15 days to me, they never answered to give me any update, and now that I got the card, is already loosing the color, and pulling off on the edges, just one week after receiving it. And ofc have sent 5 emails asking for a solution and no answer.

Sent my card in two weeks ago and haven’t received a email response since. Cost way too much money for such poor customer service. Fraudulent company is my first thought, but I’ll wait another week.

I sent my card and verified it was received by steelskins. A few days later I received an email with shipping notification that shipping label was created but NOT sent. I sent several emails asking about the status of my order but only received automated response informing me someone would be reaching out in 24-48 hours. It’s been 2 weeks since I received my “shipping update” but have not received my card or any response from steel skins team.

I received the card and it looked great. I guess I overlooked the fact that it was going to be a steel card. I tried the card by placing it bear the readers at a few businesses and it didn’t work. I also slid the card in on a slider payment and it couldn’t read and scratch the black off of the card in a couple of areas. Will the black start coming off that easy?

I am trying to contact support for 3 weeks. They sent me someone elses card

I received the wrong card and I have tried for 2 weeks to contact support and no one has responded.
I finally decided to contact the credit card I used in this transaction to charge back the payment, furthermore I’m actively trying to find ways to stop this from happening to anyone else.

I got what I paid for !

Reached out via email on order status, no response. Tried calling phone number listed, line is disconnected. What a waste of money....
