Great service from Seán at short notice. He booked us the perfect hotel near Times Square, near the theatres etc in New York and arranged the tours which we requested. All went very smoothly and I look forward to using Stein again. John Dunne

Wonderful trip to Rome out of Knock. Everything so well organised. Reps more than helpful. Megan on the way back to airport was a breadth of fresh air!. Hotel was amazing (NH Collection). Would definitely recommend and use Stein Travel again. Thanks for everything.

Rugby trip, Shannon to Rome. Everything ran very smoothly, flights on time, no hassle anywhere. Stein rep in Shannon very easy to communicate with and buses to and from hotel were easy. Hotel Anantarra was very central and while expensive inside there was plenty to choose outside, but the hotel itself was stunning. Would book a trip again with Stein travel as from start to finish all my questions and requests were dealt with without any delay. I think Shannon was a good choice of airport and only hand luggage another good choice. Only one criticism and that is there should have been transport to and from the stadium provided , getting there not too bad but getting back was a complete nightmare and it being one hour and 20 minutes walk away. There was loads of coach parking at the stadium, and i would not have minded paying for this service. Overall a great trip.

Flying from Kerry direct to Rome was amazing. We should have more flights like that. Hotel beautiful. Service on board was great. Everything ran so smoothly and effortlessly but that shows that all the preparation work was done in the backroom.

We booked Kerry to Rome for the Six Nations. Overall a great experience, the hotel River Palace was a good location and very clean. The staff were lovely especially the barman. Our tickets for the match were excellent. Would definitely book again with Stein Travel

The recent Charter Flight from Kerry to Rome was excellent, Kerry airport was it’s usual best, Jet2 supplied a very comfortable 737-800 Aircraft, the air stewards were really nice, Rome was fabulous, we won the game , went to The Vatican on Monday, had Pasta for lunch in Rome and were home in Listowel by 18.45.

Great trip from the team at Stein travel. Everything connected up smoothly from the flights, transfers to and from the hotel, the hotel itself and the match. It was so nice to start off the break with hassle free travel, book into a lovely hotel in a fantastic location and then enjoy the Ireland game with great tickets. Will be looking out for the next trip.

Great service . Accommodation was excellent .Loads of representatives at airport on both sides particularly when we got to Rome to ensured everyone got the right bus . Seamless . Ponchos were a nice thought although luckily we didn't need them .

Great experience from booking to completion. Loads of Stein Travel staff to assist when we arrived in Rome. The hotel was lovely (Star Metroploe) and altogether we had a great weekend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID … Still waiting compensation 16 months later won’t follow up with Airline … booked rugby World Cup with them - Romania match and they had no plane to bring us home. We were stranded in Bordeaux from the Sunday till the Tues with no replacement flight. We should have left Sunday but flight was cancelled late at night. We couldn’t get dinner in the hotel we were put up in as it was so late. Headed to airport for 1pm next day and 11hours later we were told flight cancelled again. Then told by staff to make own arrangements home as this might be better option, with not guarantee of when flight out would be….as there were no flights out of Bordeaux for a few days so we had to get train up to Paris and fly out from there. Really unfair to customers and a horrible way to be treated. Desperate customer service

My wife and I traveled on a trip to Japan. Stein Travel was excellent overall and always at hand to help.

We had a fantastic holiday with Jimmy Buckleys Craic on the Costa. Very enjoyable from start to finish. Fantastic food & Music. Friendly & helpful crew .

Everything around this trip was organized to detail.. The staff were always on hand to answer any concerns we had.
