Instant notifications of apartments across many many sites, prioritizing what I needed so that I could easily view listings and respond quickly. I was able to find and lock down an apartment in 5 days!

The app is not bad, i like the concept but sorting through students only advertisements was abit annoying, as most of the websites Stekkies source from doesn't categorise their ads.

Very great help in a wild house market.

Platform that unifies all different housing websites, and sends you instant notifications of the housing that match you preference. I got the one month subscription and found a new house within that time. Really recommend it

The filters helped me to het notifications of the exact type of house that I wanted. I got many notifications every day, in real time when s new property was posted somewhere online. Nowadays is you want to have s real shot to s property you need to act fast, in my experience apply in the first 2-3 minutes, and this would have jot been possible without Stekkies.

With stekkies i managed to finally find a home for my partner and I in Amsterdam. It was exactly what we wanted, within our price range, in the neighbourhood we wanted! Very happy.

I enjoyed how accurate the houses Stekkies sent me were to my chosen criteria, the algorithm is great and the timing of the notifications was also great.

Really helpful tool, but you have to be patient, not because of the app, but how bad the housing market is in the Netherlands. I started looking in July and managed to find something at the end of October. Stekkies made the difference because answering as fast as possible allowed me to go to quite a few views.

App is well laid out and easy to use.
Covers all major housing websites including Kamernet and Facebook postings.
Have tried out some other similar apps to this but Stekkies is definitely the best one with its user friendly layout and wide coverage.

The automated push notifications allow you to really be on top of all the listings as they are uploaded, which is how I was able to be the first to apply to my apartment and close the deal.

I first heard about Stekkie from a friend, and to be honest, I wasn’t convinced at first- so much so that I asked for a refund because I had made 3 other subscriptions and didn’t want to be disappointed , my friend told me to give them a try. Once I resubscribed and downloaded their app, I started getting daily notifications that perfectly matched to my preferences. I had atleast 10 matches in a day! - I was surprised and so impressed that I forgot about the other subscriptions . I was able to register for apartments within seconds of them becoming available, then registration closed within the same day! I viewed only 2 apartments, both of which I was accepted for but I signed with the second.

Thanks to Stekkies I was able to secure an apartment in Groningen in less than a month. Sending viewing requests minutes after the upload of a new offer is essential to dramatically improve the chances of getting selected for a viewing, and Stekkies allowed me to do that, without the stress of continuously checking every website.
