No return process / No customer care. just lost all money.
I found the brand in the beginning very interesting and decided to order a piece. I ordered per sizing guide and advice on the website and the sizing were way off. Way too big. So I decided to return it. However there is no automatic return process. What I did was just to send the parcel myself. The parcel got apparently lost and of course Stella Nova "has no responsibility on that". Although providing a good service experience would be in a serious companies interest. 30 euros lost from shipping 100 euros lost from the actual item. And it is my responsibility.
No, I wouldn't recommend Stella Nova or come back again.
