Thank you for your feedback. We are unable to discuss individual cases in detail publicly, but we take intellectual property rights and client communication very seriously. Our records do not show any licence granted by us for the designs in question, and we only request Etsy takedowns after a careful review where no valid licence is identified. We have already contacted the reviewer privately and remain happy to review any evidence of a licence so that we can resolve this matter fairly.
12 month trademark contract
Had a really good 12 month trademark enforcement contract with Stellarstart through Upwork. They reduced the number of Trademark infringements massively and went above the original scope without additional cost into other platforms.
