I had an Emma thermos whose handle came loose. After an email to customer service I was quickly offered a new thermos. fast, easy and incredibly professional. Highly recommend Stelton
I had accidentally got rid of the cap to the bottle to our Brus carbonator. I therefore took contact with Stelton to see if there was any chance to order a new one. I got fantastic service and they sent me a new one free of charge. Great service and very good looking carbonator!

We are a family that would like to give a little extra for good quality and beautiful design. We have pretty much always had the EM 77 series in black plastic since we were young. A few years ago, we chose to invest in an Emma electric kettle, which suddenly stops working. With a kettle of boiling water and the tap releasing at the top, luckily no one was INJURED! But it is certainly not something we think could happen to a Danish quality product. But what's done is done, what should we do with our useless EMMA kettle?
