I purchased the Stemtox B.Tox product…

I purchased the Stemtox B.Tox product for my wife after seeing a demonstration, and we’re both very happy with the results.

Within a short time of using it, we noticed a visible improvement in her skin, especially around the eyes and fine lines. Her skin looks smoother, more refreshed, and healthier. The tightening effect is noticeable but still looks natural, which was important to us.

What I appreciate most is that it’s easy to use and doesn’t cause irritation. My wife has somewhat sensitive skin, and she didn’t experience any negative reactions.

Yes, it is on the expensive side, but in our experience, the quality and results make it worth considering if you’re looking for a premium skincare product.

Overall, a very good purchase, and we’re satisfied with the outcome.

This company and product are scams

This company and product are scams. I purchased the B tox in the Puerto Vallarta airport. (First mistake)
The sales man and woman were VERY aggressive, but I pushed back. My main complaint is that the product they used on me and the one I received/purchased are NOT the same product. It doesn’t lift. It doesn’t last. It flakes and dries your skin. The man told me it would last 2 1/2 yrs. He told me the Dr practices in Park City, UT. He told me the Park City office would help me with any questions or problems. HA!
Bait and switch for sure. Deceptive sales practices. High pressure sales staff. A totally fraudulent product and company.
As far as “the company” not being responsible for third party sales…it’s their product; their packaging; their literature. The company should be made to honor all returns, and stop the fraud/scam.

My experience with Stemtox.com has been…

My experience with Stemtox.com has been positive. I liked that the products were easy to add to my routine, and I noticed the best results when I used them consistently. I also appreciated that a little product went a long way, which made them feel like a good value. Of course, skincare works differently for everyone, but in my case, I had a good experience and felt the products were worth trying. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.

Horrible product

Horrible product! Got pressured into trying it at the Chesapeake Boat Show in Timonium, MD on 2/8/26. The skin around my eyes has been red ever since & constantly burns. DO NOT use any of their products. This company should not be allowed to operate. It's definitely a scam.

Stemtox fraud

Super fraudulant company! Bought this in the Cancun airport and they use every line in the book to sucker you in. Then they said if I didn’t like it, I could return it when I got back to the United States, or you don’t find out till after you buy it and on your receipt it states all sales are final. Avoid Stemtox and all of their products!

Costa Maya 26

I bought this at Costa Maya for 150. It worked great there and was told use it once a week before bed. Really evasive when I asked if they had any stores in the US. Pretty package maybe that's what I paid for. Felt it is a scam, they try to push everything they use on you and change prices. Like the red light wand, started out at 5k and was down to 750 plus more creams by the time I left. Didn't buy anymore. This product reminds me of Instantly Ageless. Just take the free demo and move on. It also drys and starts flaking off after a hour or so.

I bought STEMTOX at the Cancun Airport…

I bought STEMTOX at the Cancun Airport on our way home from a holiday. It is a scam! And I totally fell for it! Two things that were my mistake:
1. I paid $250 US - but was surprised at $40 US taxes. And then my VISA card was debited $5890 MX pesos. Way over the currency exchange rate. I questioned it but didn't walk away and check - which I should have done.
2. I saw the box and the weight of it. But I didn't see the product inside. When I got home, I saw that it was less than 10 ml. My own eye cream at home is 20 ml. Really feel taken - but I should have asked to see inside the box before I paid.
Please don't get scammed and don't get pressured into it by their very smooth sales team. I feel so foolish......

BUYER BEWARE My partner was…

BUYER BEWARE My partner was highpressure scammed into getting these products for me for Christmas, wasting 400+tax on introstem and d-tox. No refund, no Christmas return policy. Store is Karma in MicMac Mall Dartmouth. Mall should cancel their leases. He saw I had the introstem in my bathroom, thought I liked it. I found the product to be less than effective, nothing like the store demo and the expensive introstem tube mechanism failed and I tossed it in the draw begrudgingly because I had wasted 250 on this non-sense. Felt terrible when I opened my present from him and knew immediately he had fallen for the salesperson’s tactics. Save your money, this garbage is no better than what you can get at the drugstore for a fraction of the cost.

I would give STEMTOX a Minus if it was…

I would give STEMTOX a Minus if it was there. We were on a cruise in November of 2025, and at the Costa Maya port I was encountered to come test this product. It did make my skin look great! However, after finally getting a better price (haha) of $290 and saying the product would last three years, I purchased the Stemtox. Unfortunately, when I got home it did not work for me. I did not have the results like they used on me to test. It did nothing. Then to boot it was empty on day 6 (SIX) yes day 6! It is a scam.

Don’t buy it

Bought Atox from this company. It was in Mexico at the airport. A few sales people from Israel were explaining the product. In general, I felt the instant effect of it, which is what made me consider it despite the high cost. I even walked away telling the sales lady that I would think about it, and after her continuously, looking in the mirror and checking out I saw that maybe this product was worth the price. However, I believe they sell different products than what they test on you. When I came home, the product I bought did not have the effect or results from the product, the sales lady applied to my face. I feel they collect your money and sell you a different product than advertise. Save your money.

Low integrity company stay away

I first encountered the company in Puerto Vallarta airport. They wanted $600 for a product I said that’s too much so they lowered it to $300. I said that’s too much they lowered it to 150 I said that’s too much when I walked away, they gave me a card that says I can get it for free. I just have to pay $30.
They sell the same product for $1200 on the website but another company that sells their product sells it for 200. It stinks like a scam buyer beware it is not a high integrity company the whole way they operate there’s nothing that can convince me otherwise.
