Dreadful experience three ferries cancelled- eventually got the Ben my Cree dreadfully disappointed small like a tug boat not suitable at all - delayed again even after eventually getting on the ferry - missed train connection- on the way back delayed again -
1. Ferry too small for route and no cabins or stabilisation
2. Ferry cancelled for three extra nights no help for any accommodation or extra expense incurred
3. Inaccurate information on website the ferry was to sail from Fshgaurd but Rosslare was cancelled so I only found out through social media no text or update from stena. No compensation offered for the day the ferry was removed from service again found out information through social media
Absolutely a disappointment and disaster
Was supposed to be home 11 April was not offered a sailing the 14th after I contacted them
Ben my cheree, late again.
Hopefully the Nordica will return on the 3/5/26

The Ben My Chree was a poor choice to replacement for the Rosslare - Fishguard service, The seating was uncomfortable, the toilets were too small for the number of passengers (fortunately, both journeys were smooth) and the food was awful, unappetising to look at and tasteless, I was told. The return journey I was text, on time, when it wasn't. Bad communications. Stena knew it was late loading, which would make it late arriving and un-loading. Poor service all round. Shopping, was laughable.

Despite the delays with the storm they kept us informed and the staff were very friendly and lovely.

Why did you reduce the length of the couches in the Premium section? Can’t lie down at night now.

Excellent as always. Staff on your stenaline belfast - liverpool ferry are exceptional. Always friendly, make conversation with children and adults. Food was fantastic and cleanliness of boat as always very good. A huge thank you to your receptionist on Saturday night's sailing back to Belfast who fitted us in to a cabin as we were exhausted. Thank you once again for a fab time

There were too many young children running about unsupervised which is very dangerous especially in a choppy crossing. I was bumped into by 2 children and nearly dropped boiling hot water for my tea over them and myself.

The service is so unreliable from Rosslare I would not recommend booking. As a family we have always been loyal to Stena but with such crap boats from Rosslare to Fishguard the service is always being cancelled

Upgraded to Stena Plus and was asked three times during the journey for proof of payment. Very embarrassing the third time as I had to get annoyed with your staff to leave me alone. Travelled from Carinryan to Belfast on the 15.30 sailing on Friday 10th April
