I’m new to the healthcare industry when I decided I wanted to shift careers I found stepful and the process was easy to get started. I enjoyed the flexibility the program offered. They also have a great support team as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just the time that my professor spends and answers each question we have is amazing. No one is left behind. We have opportunity to do it on our own time and we also get the kits to work with so that we can get hands on experience.

Stepful is amazing! I give 100000/10! During my studies my practical skills kit got stolen and Stepful replaced it without charging me any extra fee! Not any other school will do that right? Don't second guess this school it's the best and I absolutely love the flexibility of just studying at home, 100% online program with amazing instructor. Ms Limah is the best too. Another thing is that Stepful gives the Tuition forgiveness! I highly recommend it💯

It has been a fun learning experience. Coaches reaches out if they feel something is not correct. They help you as much as possible.

Stepful is programmed to work with people of a variety of medical backgrounds. (I.e. years of experience, months, days, or in my case none whatsoever) although it is an accelerated course you get out what you put into it. And along the way you have the resources and support to get you to the finish line. I had the privilege of having Robyn Stanley as my instructor and from day one felt the support and encouragement from her. The way she introduced new skills and information to the class was easy to follow and concise. If for any reason a student had a question pertaining to the lesson that maybe was not easily understood Robyn took the time to explain the question. If there was need for extra assistance Ms. Robyn was always ready to tell us to reach out, or schedule assistance with a 1:1. You felt that you had an instructor who cared about more than getting a class through the program but one who focused on making sure future CCMA’s had a comfortable footing into the medical field. So thank you. Overall great program, great staff and wonderful instructor

Didn’t help me right away

When i started my Pharmacy Tech program i was nervous , as how i will finish my program . Luckily , i had a very good instructor Ms. Tetranetta , she is amazing . I learnt so much and graduated successfully completed my externship. Also i would like to thank Steve and Sabrina for helping me out throughout the program as what are the things i have to complete , they both are amazing.

I would rate “0” if available!!! COMPLETE LIARS!!! They will take your money and not provide placement, please DO NOT waste your time!!! Very discouraging for a young teen fresh out of high school trying to better her education path and career, Shame on you Stepful‼️‼️ 😡

They responded as soon as I posted about the issue and were efficient in solving the problem.

The team and instructor are wonderful people. They want to see me succeed. Although the lesson can be a bit challenging, the instructor clarifies the confusion. My coach checks up on me regularly and also helps out when I’m struggling, which is a blessing.
