Great detailed teaching n reviewing when it comes to stepful and the tuition price not bad.

i like it it was amazing journey for me 😍

Being able to navigate easily through the program and having the study material right there.

My learning experience was amazing, loved my instructor.

The only problem I had was with my career coach. Had a very hard time contacting them and getting assistance.

The classes were great, the teachers attentive but the externship process and locations can use much improvement. It no where near prepares you for real working skills like using EHR systems or anything administrative (from my experience). I would have loved more hands on practice to apply what the wonderful teachers taught me. However the preparing for getting a job courses were very helpful with preparing for the interviewing stage of the hiring process. Very informative!

Stepful has helped me reach my goal of becoming a Medical Assistant. They've been professional, and helpful every step of the way!

The instructor explained everything throughly, everything that was taught is and was on the nha exam. also everything we learned in class I was able to retain and apply when I actually went into the pharmacy. Those mini test everyday after class really helped out a lot! Also the quizlet questions the teacher had us do in class, I think every student should do them really helpful and resourceful!

Stepful was a great platform for beginners for Medical Assistant /Pharmacy Tech

STEPFUL has made it possible to get ahead in the new career field I finally get to go into. I am able to get out of fast food and branch into the medical 🏥 industry forefront. They are still spearheading my drive to the top and I am about to start my Job Coaching. Took from May 2025 - current.

I'm so grateful to stepful staff they are so helpful and class are so flexible if you don't no how to then they give you the right way to do I love stepful.so thankful for all.

I attended Stepful to become a Pharmacy Technician, and the experience was genuinely positive. The Zoom classes were very helpful, and Mrs. Castro was hands down an amazing instructor—she made learning fun, engaging, and easy to understand. The classes never felt intimidating; it was a safe space to ask questions and actually learn.

I graduated from the program with an A+ and was one of the top students in my class. I’m now officially a Certified Pharmacy Technician. The overall process was smooth, and everything came together the way it was supposed to. If you apply yourself and stay consistent, this program is absolutely doable.

The experience allowed me to be able to work and go to school while also being a present parent with my kiddos. I also was able to listen, learn, take notes, and hear perspectives from the instructor and my fellow peers. I’m glad I made this decision to further my career and healthcare opportunities period.

I really enjoyed, going to school with stepful, it was a great system, amazing resources, and the staff was so helpful and amazing, I loved that I was able to obtain this knowledge and education, while also maintaining an every day life.

Being in the Stepful program is a great experience. What makes it so great for me, is the support that they provide and the constant check-ins. It can be overwhelming balancing life and day to day tasks, but they always let you know that they are there to provide any assistance needed. They aim to make sure you excel by allowing you to make up anything you may get behind on. It's an overall wonderful experience.

They are great the teachers after hour communication is amazing I felt like I was on track the whole time.

They were extremely motivating when I was wanting to give up. I passed my NHA exam with a score over 400 and even got a job. My job cohort was extremely helpful; you can tell that coach crystal is very passionate about what she does and will speak life into you during the entire process. Everyone is always willing to answer your questions if you have any. The tips we each received were very helpful and are what got my job. I did enjoy every step of the process like the zoom meeting. I would definitely recommend taking this course through Stepful.
