They're super comfortable

They're super comfortable just make sure if you wear a size large get the extra large because these things are made in Australia from what I understand and they're sizing is different. Other than that I've already ordered four pairs.

Best underwear

Eco mis-step on Earth day (and every other day)

I am not one to usually comment on eco issues but this is apparently Earth day so it seems appropriate. I find the amount of packaging used by stepone for a pair of pyjamas to be obscene. I certainly would not have purchased from them if I known how wasteful they are. I certainly won't be returning unless there is a massive shake up.
What do you get? A thick printed box with a separate printed outer cover, a fabric zipped bag, 2 sheets of crepe and of course the big postage box. Very pretty (to justify cost of product?) but at what price to the planet and the customer?

If stepone want to change the world reduce your packaging - be different just send the zipped bag. Reduces cardboard, use reduces weight and size of package stands you out from the crowd.

I will update my review when I find if the pyjamas do what they're supposed to do - keep me cool - something I'm not at the moment thanks to the packaging!

I was tempted just to return them unopened in disgust but that would be even bigger waste of the world's resources.

Won over by these pants

I’ve been won over by these pants… they fit well, don’t ride up, wash well, don’t lose shape (not yet!) and feel comfortable. My only thought is whether they’ll be too warm in the summer, but all good so far. Def recommend.

After making my order was told it would…

After making my order was told it would be sent in two days, this didn't happen I then contacted Step one and told there was a hold up but would be sent again, again its wasn't, after contacting again was told there was another problem and was asked if I wanted a refund or they said it would again sent , I went for a refund which I'm now waiting for, 10 days I waited and not sent not happy and that's the last time I will use them .

Socks not up to the standard of the undies…

Love the undies so was excited to try their socks. Completely different experience. Bought half a dozen pairs expecting the same quality as the undies but the elastic gave out after a couple of washes. Definitely don’t recommend.

Decent Products and Good Price

I made a purchase during the black Friday sale, and got to try out some of their women's boxers at a very impressive price. They did take around a week to ship, but were transparent about that in advance, so this wasn't an issue.

Upon arrival the boxers looked great, I had chosen a mystery pack and had no issues with the colours selected, and the fit was good. However, part of the reason for my purchase was that they claimed the boxers would not roll up on the thighs - this is unfortunately not the case. Perhaps it's my specific build that is the issue here, but I still like the look of them and felt content with the price paid, so overall I would recommend this company (especially during sales).
