The mess on his desk sums up his accountancy. So many mistakes from wages, to yearly figures the list goes on. I've Just paid £1,200 underpayment to the HMRC due to incorrect figures. A big mistake changing from our old accountant. I'm really not sure what a paid a monthly fee for.
For the amount we pay, no service at all, no-one replies on emails.
Even after repited phone calls, absolutely NOTHING.
