I purchased two sets one for me and the other for my husband as we are both on our feet all day. I work in a hospital averaging 25,000 steps a day & hubby approx 15-20,000 per day.
My husband believes they work for him, as for myself … my feet still ache every day.

Glass foot file

I ordered insoles and a glass foot file.
Whilst there was nothing wrong with the insoles. I have received 2 broken files and now the company have gone silent when I have requested a refund for the file.
If it was packaged better so it arrived intact it would not have been a problem

Don’t buy these!

Slow delivery, poor quality product, purchased mine to help with plantar fasciitis issues- doesn’t do what it claims.. threw mine away, waste of money.. don’t waste yours!

They Fall apart quickly

Bought Stepprs inner soles for my shoes and honestly I’m really disappointed. They only lasted about 3 weeks before they started falling apart. The heel completely broke away and the rest of the insoles have pretty much fallen to pieces.

For something that’s meant to support your feet daily, I expected them to last a lot longer than a few weeks. Definitely not worth the money in my experience.

Wouldn’t recommend based on the quality I received.

Comfortable

I was worried if I had fallen for a scam. I need not need to worry. Great service with quick delivery.
Best of all the insoles are great. Much better than the professional orthotics. Foot pain eased.

Fraudulent post tracking number. I had to pay $8.75 for shipping because it was a photocopied bar code. No legitimate.

The insoles are not great

The insoles are not great, they’re thin and whilst initially I felt some comfort, quickly that went away as they just became too thin and lost all support and shape. Delivery time is WAY longer than stated, coming from china. Would not buy again. Contacted about the delay in delivery and told ‘theyre so popular we’re struggling to keep up with demand’ Avoid

Poor Tracking - Customer Service & Accountability

I ordered their insoles for an event. I bake and am on my feet for extended periods of time. When I ordered, it said they were on backorder, after the fact. I still chose to keep my order thinking that wasn't going to be a problem. These were ordered in November. Here we are in March and I still haven't received them. The delivery location had a ring camera. Footage was checked. The package itself flagged delivered but my order status through their website did not read delivered. It's concerning they didn't match. I've never experienced a delay like that before. When i reached out to customer service for a refund given i gave the package and this company ample time to deliver what i ordered, i was met with passive aggressive emails. Very disappointed with the service they provided from ordering all the way to now. Not worth the time or money. If a company can't accept accountability, they are not worth spending with.

These inserts are very cushy

These inserts are very cushy. I put them in a couple boots and find myself moving them to whichever footwear i am wearing that day. I should buy more. Very Comfy.
