Absolutely fantastic company to work with. We’ve worked with Richard and Pamela at Stepps Loo Hire across a number of our film and TV productions, and we genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
The toilets are always clean, well presented and of a really high standard, but it’s the service that really sets them apart. Richard is brilliant — always friendly, reliable and willing to go the extra mile, whether that’s towing the units, getting everything set up or dealing with servicing and collections. And Pamela does an amazing job behind the scenes, keeping everything organised and making sure the whole operation runs smoothly.
They’re available 24/7, incredibly responsive and, most importantly, they’re just really lovely people to deal with. In film and TV, where things can change at a moment’s notice, having suppliers you can completely rely on makes such a difference.
