I was using this service back in the days.

But even then I thought to myself that something is off with that website (when applying to a new job or with the job positions in general).

Now you can search the internet and you can read about fake job positions or that the same job advertisement (word for word) is to be found with the search engine within one year etc. Does this make any sense to you? Some people even go so far and claim that the reply messages from Stepstone are just created by bots…

Anyway, I cannot recommend this site (or other similar sites).

Having received an email asking me to arrange a call about a role, I didn't know if this was a scam, so I looked up the company, and there are no phone numbers, there was nothing to tell me anything about the role. There are no details about the company so I may check to give me confidence this is a valid company.
I have not encountered such secrecy with a genuine business, and I may be wrong, but for now, it seems like I need to supply a lot of information but I can't validate the company.
