Better to have this in your room for disinfection than nothing at all. A small piece yet works effectively. Delivery was quick and their staff is very accommodating when I made some inquiries.

This is a great item for eliminating germs from a room. It is light weight and easily moved from room to room. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. Setup was a breeze. You are told that the light must shine directly on a surface in order to sanitize it.

It's a mini UV Sterilizer that works wonders. I use it in my bedroom and I have lesser episode of allergy attacks. Efficient I guess. Thanks.

All it takes is a single unit of a uv sterilizer to disinfect our baby's nursery room. I am more assured of cleanliness and protection. Works great!

very disappointed with the customer service and after care with this company you will see I have complained 4 times on here as it seems the only way I can get them to communicate with me. 15.7.21 they say they are refunding me but nothing in my bank , I then get another email saying they have refunded me but still nothing in to my account.I have emailed again! I have had no refund to the account I paid with … and you don’t tell me where you have paid it too!!

At first I was a little skeptical about this product, but it far surpassed my expectations. Not to mention the great cost-benefit ratio, compared to other options that are more expensive on the market but which, at least for me, had no positive effect on my body. And above all, it's natural!! I absolutely recommend this product.

Getting used to the idea of sterilizing your gadgets, accessories and pretty much everything that you touch daily. The unseen enemy that you are fighting in your home. I have tried sterilize-x and was beyond my expectations, fresh air, surface bacteria eliminated and just about 40 minutes efficient sterilization my room was done. My baby can now sleep well, yes i strongly recommend this product, coz it works for me.

I tried to order one unit, but for some reason, I had five units in my 'bag'. Buy three and get two free. Unfortunately there was no opportunity to review the order before it went through. Sterilize X have responded to my concerns and have sorted the situation.

I'm giving this 5-stars because of Viktorija. I had some major issues with my order: the first one came broken. It wouldn't charge/turn on. After doing some research, I contacted Viktorija, and had a replacement shipped... That order got lost in shipment... My third shipment also came broken. :( This time the bulb was in multiple pieces (probably broken in transit). Viktorija was professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I received a fourth shipment last week (just 7 days from my last broken delivery), and it is working as expected. You can smell the ozone when the process is done. Despite the delivery bumps, I am happy to have this little product to use in hotel rooms, once I start travelling again. If you are having issues, I recommend reaching out to Viktorija.

Really it's an amazing product,it's working out pretty well for me and my family and makes my home feel more air clean,I highly suggest to use this product.

I was recently looking for something to use to disinfect my house regularly due to covid-19 and came across this. I never knew something like this existed so I decided to buy it and try it out and it's really good! Its powerful, charges fast and even is cool to look at since no one else has one.

An amazing product that presents some great features in killing variety kinds of bacteria and fungus with its Medical grade UV lamp and Ultraviolet and Ozone sterilization
Easy to use with a short interval of 30 min

On 16th April I purchased this item and paid by Pay Pal.. Received confirmation email from Sterilize-X managed my company called UAB Ekomilto, saying

( We're Just Preparing To Ship Out Your Order. Please Take A Minute To Review The Summary Below And Ensure No Errors Have Been Made. Make Sure To Print This Page For Your Records, And To Redeem Your Warranty If Needed).
It also says on their web site that delivery to Europe will take 5-12 days. 12 days passed no delivery. Contacted them by email no reply.. Contacted Pay Pal resolution centre, and send message to UAB Ekomilto through Pay Pal.
got reply that they did not have the item in stock, but that did not stop them accepting my money. Did not have decency to contact me and update me of situation, why should they got my money. now telling me it was shipped on 4th May and it may take 30 days to arrive. I requested refund from Pay Pal.

ordered this item on April 6 and was charged on my credit card on that date. Was sent so called tracking of shipment information on April 16 - now it is May 2 and tracking shows that item has not moved from chinese port. At first they would respond to my inquiries immediately (same day) but I have not heard form them in two days since last inquiry. They refuse to cancel order.
