Choice, price and quality of the product I bought. Staff were very knowledgeable and polite. Explained difference in quality of product I required.
Delivery was faultless

The staff where very knowledgeable courtois and helpful.

So impressed with Sterling, great value, delivery was on time and furniture was assembled for no extra cost.

|The chairs we thought we were buying had completely different backs to the chairs we got. We were led to believe that the chairs we were buying had movable head rests which they did not. At no time were we told that it would cost about £160 for each chair back. On complaining we were told that a manager would phone us - he didn't. When we called to complain about that, we were told a senior manager would contact us and sort everything out - again he didn't. You win, we give up. Very bad customer service.

Sterling made buying my furniture easy. Sales assistant asked what I was looking for. She rally listened to what I said and helped me find it. Sterling also kept me informed of delivery. Delivery was seamless.

My elderly parents were given help and advice before deciding which chairs and sofa to buy. Lovely furniture and delivered on time.

Bought the £215 rug. Was given delivery date and time. Took time off work, waited then recieveda text informing me that my rug had been delivered. UNTRUE!!! Tried calling the delivery company (not the customers duty) no response from the delivery company. Called Sterling who found out my rug had been delivered to wrong person wring address and post code. Fiasco from start to finish. Sterling staff member was very very helpful but all in all ...poor job Sterling! Change whatever you need to to get customer satisfaction and the will come back AND recommend!!

Good price good delivery but two small items missing had to chase them up twice before the warehouse dispatch them

Ordered online and I got material mixed up, after contacting your Fort Kinnaird store the woman was helpful and sorted it out for me, I had ordered fabric instead of leather, our sofa and armchairarrived begining of Dec, we are really please and ordered a footstool to match which we are awaiting on..

Very helpful sales assistant and quick delivery and good price.

Love Sterling Furniture. Always find something different in their home ware department. Also wallpaper section is just that bit different from other retailers. There’s always time for some lunch and a drink.

Furniture order went smoothly, delivered within time promised and installed to satisfaction.

I had to chase an order I placed which I had apparently managed to do through their test site and therefore hadn’t been charged for. To make payment I needed to call them but was given a number not in use. I called the number on their website and have been charged £5.70 for the call, received no apology and they didn’t seem to even know their phone number now why it wasn’t working. Received the products within a couple of days but awful customer service and an extra charge to call them to correct their error, shocking!
