Whilst your goods were due to arrive with us week commencing 23rd June, we have received notification from the supplier that there is a delay of 2/3 weeks. We work tirelessly to ensure our orders arrive within the timescale advised at the point of sale and whilst we are successful the majority of time, there are occasions, for reasons outwith our control that delays are unavoidable.

The member of staff (I think her name was Emma) at Uddingston went beyond our expectations on our visit.She had vast product knowledge and helped us choose our new suite. She was helpful friendly and very professional without trying to push for a sale. Staff like her are so hard to find and she is a diamond you should treasure!
