Good value for money

Good value for money.
The surveyor didn't show up for their first appointment - but the company was quick to arrange another, and provide ample assurance that the second appointment wouldn't be missed.
Communication was very good otherwise.
The report was not the easiest to understand, but we arranged a call easily where we could talk things through - and this made things really clear.

Missed issues & survey has multiple mistakes

The survey was a waste of time and money. A huge crack and surrounding issues with a retaining wall around the garage was missed. The seller commented that he was shocked at how little time the surveyor spent at the property.

Multiple mistakes from basic things like the number of bedrooms to the guttering being shared with a neighbour when it’s a detached house. When I asked them to clarify damp findings in one of the rooms they resent the report with a new paragraph stating that a load bearing wall had been removed - no idea where this information came from and if it’s true why was it not in the first draft? The amended report still has conflicting information one sentence will say a damp reading was low, the next sentence says it’s high.

Communication and booking were incredibly straightforward. Pricing was reasonable, and getting a quote was quick and simple. The inspector’s work was exceptionally thorough, with every detail carefully checked. I’d happily use this service again and would recommend it to others.

Quick and smooth arrangement of the…

Quick and smooth arrangement of the survey. Survey was good , pretty comprehensive although some things such as the electrics could have been checked for basics , no loose wires , turning things on and off etc. I was quite shocked when I was emailed someone else’s survey initially so I would recommend higher security measures are in place
