Terrible
Terrible. I purchased a key for SouMask on 09/28/24, and it didn’t work. I contacted support, and they said it was under maintenance and gave me a two-week timeframe. Instead, they simply removed it from the site, and after a month, they told me it was discontinued. In other words, they didn’t provide the product, nor do they want to refund me. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
