I ordered children book and it was …

I ordered children book and it was delivered after 3 weeks I wasn't happy with the book and my children doesn't like the book .
I Wanted to send it back but customer service said they can't take it back because of covid19 which is absolutely nonsense. and they give me 30% discounts
I would have accepted 80% refund, I feel cheated. as I read the information in the website there is nothing written they will not accept return because of covid19.They are stealing people's money.
I do not inform to klarna yet.
